**Burglaries down on Elmbridge** FYTD there were 20.8% less residential burglaries across Elmbridge during April 2018 to December 2018 compared to the same period in 2017. This means 126 less properties were burgled. Residential burglary remains one of our top priorities on the borough and we are continuing to do a lot of work to prevent further offences along with bringing those responsible to justice. 26% of all residential burglaries on North Surrey are actually to sheds or garages, with a large number of these being left unlocked.
